At Hello Clusters, we are committed to providing high-quality lash products and excellent customer care. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we ask that you carefully review our policy before making a purchase.


Returns

For health and safety reasons, all lash products are final sale once opened or used.

We only accept returns in the following cases:
• You received a damaged or defective item
• You received the incorrect item

To qualify for a return:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue are required

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your request is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
• Used or opened lash products
• Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse
• Orders placed incorrectly (wrong style or length selected)
• Sale or promotional items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your order qualifies for a return, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Hello Clusters is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
