Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Time
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Hello Clusters is not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hello Clusters is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@helloclusters.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
International Shipping
At this time, Hello Clusters ships to select international locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
